隐私政策

1. 适用范围

本政策适用于小简网页、移动应用、用户账号、AI 对话与创作服务。第三方模型提供商和支付服务商对其独立处理的数据适用各自的隐私政策。

This Policy applies to XiaoJian web and mobile services, accounts, AI conversations, and creation features. Independent third parties apply their own privacy policies.

2. 我们收集的信息

• 账号信息：邮箱、称呼、密码哈希、验证状态和会话标识。我们不会以明文保存密码。
• 对话与文件：你的提示词、模型回复，以及你主动上传的文档、图片或其他附件。
• 使用与技术信息：所选模型、token 或生成用量、时间、请求状态、设备与浏览器信息、IP 地址和安全日志。
• 订阅与支付信息：套餐、额度、交易状态和支付服务商返回的标识。完整银行卡信息由支付服务商处理，我们不保存完整卡号。

We collect account data, prompts and responses, uploaded files, model usage, technical and security logs, subscription records, and limited payment metadata.

3. 我们如何使用信息

我们使用相关信息来验证身份、提供和路由 AI 请求、显示历史记录、计算套餐额度、处理订阅、保障安全、排查故障、改进体验、提供客服，以及履行法律和合规义务。

We use information to authenticate users, fulfill AI requests, maintain history, calculate allowance, process subscriptions, secure and improve the service, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

4. 信息共享

为完成请求，我们会把必要的提示词、附件或上下文发送给你选择或系统匹配的模型提供商，包括 OpenAI、Anthropic、xAI 或其他页面中列明的提供商。支付信息可能由 Stripe 及其支持的本地支付渠道处理。托管、存储、邮件、监控和安全服务商仅在代表我们提供服务所需的范围内处理信息。

我们不会出售你的个人信息。我们可能为遵守有效法律要求、保护用户与平台安全或执行服务条款而披露必要信息。

Necessary request content may be shared with selected model providers. Payment and operational vendors process limited data to provide their services. We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookie 与登录会话

我们使用登录、会话、安全和偏好设置所必需的 Cookie 或类似技术。目前不使用第三方广告 Cookie。

We use cookies or similar technologies necessary for authentication, sessions, security, and preferences, not third-party advertising cookies.

6. 跨境处理与保存期限

小简及上游模型可能在你所在国家或地区之外处理信息。我们仅在提供服务、解决争议、履行法律义务和维护安全所必需的期限内保存信息；具体期限会因数据类型、账号状态和法律要求而不同。

Information may be processed across borders and is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service, security, dispute, and legal purposes.

7. 安全

我们采用传输加密、凭据哈希、权限控制、日志脱敏和访问监控等措施保护信息。但任何网络传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。

We use encryption in transit, credential hashing, access controls, log redaction, and monitoring, while recognizing that no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. 你的选择与权利

根据适用法律，你可能有权访问、更正、删除或限制处理个人信息。你可以通过账号功能联系小简支持团队提交请求。为保护账号安全，我们可能先验证你的身份。

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction through the account support channel. Identity verification may be required.

9. 未成年人

小简不面向 18 周岁以下人士，我们不会在明知的情况下收集未成年人的个人信息。

XiaoJian is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. 政策更新

我们可能因产品、法律或运营变化更新本政策。重大变化会通过网站或注册邮箱通知，并在页面顶部标明新的生效日期。

We may update this Policy and will provide notice of material changes through the service or your registered email.
