1. 服务说明

小简是一款面向普通用户的多模型 AI 助手，可根据你的选择或系统匹配，调用 Claude、ChatGPT、Grok 及其他第三方模型完成对话、分析、写作、图片或视频创作。具体可用模型和能力可能随上游服务调整。

XiaoJian is a consumer multi-model AI assistant that may route requests to Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and other third-party models for conversation, analysis, writing, image, or video creation.

2. 账号与使用资格

你应提供真实、有效的邮箱并妥善保管登录凭据。你必须年满 18 周岁，且不得位于适用制裁或出口管制禁止提供服务的地区。你应对账号内发生的活动负责。

You must be at least 18 years old, provide a valid email address, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

3. 套餐、额度与计费

套餐价格以购买页面显示的美元金额为准。每次成功请求按模型价格表中“官方价格 × 15%”从套餐额度扣除；模型价格单位可能按输入/输出 token、图片张数与分辨率、或视频秒数与分辨率计算。失败且未产生有效结果的请求不扣除额度。

支付由 Stripe 等第三方支付服务商处理，可用方式可能包括信用卡、微信支付和支付宝，并取决于你的地区、币种及支付服务商的实际支持。续费、有效期、取消和退款规则以结账页面及适用法律为准。

Successful requests deduct allowance at 15% of the official model price shown in the model pricing table. Failed requests that produce no usable result do not consume allowance. Available payment methods depend on Stripe, region, and currency support.

4. 可接受使用

你不得利用小简从事违法、欺诈、侵权、骚扰、规避安全措施、生成恶意代码、未经授权获取他人数据，或违反上游模型服务规则的活动。我们可为保护用户、平台或履行法律义务而限制、暂停或终止相关账号。

You may not use XiaoJian for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, security-evasion, malicious-code, or unauthorized data-access activities.

5. 你的内容与生成结果

你保留对上传内容依法享有的权利，并授权我们在提供、保护和改进服务所必需的范围内处理这些内容。你应确保有权提交相关文字、文件、图片或其他材料。生成结果可能不准确、不完整或与他人相似，不应作为医疗、法律、投资或其他专业意见的唯一依据。

You retain lawful rights in your input and permit processing as needed to provide and secure the service. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output produced for others.

6. 第三方模型与服务

为完成请求，我们会把必要内容发送给所选或匹配的上游模型提供商。上游模型、支付服务和基础设施由第三方独立运营，其可用性、内容规则和数据处理也受各自条款约束。

Requests may be processed by independent model providers, payment processors, and infrastructure vendors under their own terms and policies.

7. 服务可用性与责任限制

小简按“现状”和“可用”状态提供，不承诺不间断、无错误或固定响应时间。上游模型可能限流、拒绝内容、调整价格或下线模型。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失承担责任。

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without an uptime or response-time guarantee, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. 条款变更与终止

我们可能因产品、法律或运营变化更新本条款。重大变化会通过网站或注册邮箱通知。若你不同意更新后的条款，应停止使用服务。依法必须保留的义务在账号终止后仍然有效。

We may update these Terms for product, legal, or operational reasons and will provide notice of material changes through the service or your registered email.

9. 适用法律与争议

本条款适用新加坡共和国法律。与本条款或服务有关的争议由新加坡共和国法院专属管辖，但适用的强制性消费者保护法律另有规定的除外。

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
